Alyssa is almost six months old. She is just about able to sit up on her own and tries so hard to crawl. She had her first Halloween where she went trick-or-treating as Piglet. She also had her pictures taking with Santa Clause.
 

 Alyssa is now four months old and has grown and advanced so much. In the last two weeks, she has learned to giggle and is starting to creep. She can also roll from her tummy to her back and from her back to her tummy!
 

 Alyssa has been so smiley and giggly lately. She makes the funniest facial expressions. She just got a new Bumbo seat which helps her sit up. Here are a bunch of super cute pictures!
 

 Alyssa has had many activities over that last couple of weeks, which included several trips to Invermere, lots of shopping, and a family BBQ with Aunty Erin and Uncle Tom. We went swimming at Cardel place for the first time and Alyssa loved it. She also had many play dates with her friend Brooklynn, who is 13 months older. They even have matching outfits.
 

 Alyssa is growing up so fast and getting so strong. She is starting to hold her head up and tries to roll over. On July 13, 2007, Daddy had his Stampede Breakfast at work. Alyssa ate lots of pancakes! Mommy and Daddy also brought Alyssa to the Calgary Stampede and had so much fun!
 

 On June 23, 2007, the three of us went to Coutts, Alberta. It was Katie's Grandparent's 25th wedding anniversary as well as her Grandpa's 80th birthday and Grandma's 75th birthday. It was Alyssa's first road trip. Are we there yet?
 

 Alyssa's second week included several trips to the mall to get new outfits, her first bath, and more visitors. Mommy and Daddy even took her to the Zoo. The lions and monkeys are her favorite animals!
 

 Baby Alyssa's first week has gone very well. She has fallen into her three and a half hour schedule of feeding, wake time, and nap time. Mommy and Daddy are all caught up on sleep and have their routine down. During the week, Alyssa has had many visitors. She has also received many beautiful bouquets of flowers and lots of presents.
 

 On the evening of Saturday, June 9, 2007, we got to bring Alyssa home.
 

 On Friday, June 8, 2007 at 1:58 PM, after 22 hours of labour, Katie gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. We named her Alyssa Catherine Maria Flury, Catherine in memory of Katie's Mom and Maria in memory of Katie's Grandma. We got her first name from a popular Country song called 'Alyssa Lies' by Jason Michael Carroll. Alyssa was 9 pounds, 11 ounces and 20 3/4 inches long. She is very healthy and has quite the head of hair.

 On April 1, 2007, the Baby Evan website was launched. Hundreds of people came to the website to check it out. Many people signed our guestbook and also took at crack at the 'Guess The Baby's Weight And Date' game. It was also fun to visit the website each day and look at the countdown.
